Coca-Cola-Cake

2 C flour

2 C sugar

1/2 lb butter

2 Tbsp. cocoa

1 C Coca Cola

1/2 C buttermilk

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350°. Sift flour and sugar. Boil the butter, cocoa, and Coca 

Cola together. Stir in the flour and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix 

well, but don't beat. The batter will seem thin. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 

minutes before icing.

Icing

1/4 lb butter

2 Tbsp. cocoa

2 Tbsp. Coca Cola

1 lb confectioner's sugar

1 C pecans

1 tsp. Vanilla

Heat the butter, cocoa, and Coca Cola to boiling. Add remaining ingredients. 

Spread the hot icing over the warm cake.
